  3. FUNCTION: Compares the contents of two sets of files and reports on their
  4.           differences.
  5.  
  6. FORMAT:   PI-COMP [[d:][path]filespec [d:][path]filespec]
  7.  
  8. TYPE:     Public domain software (Pelt Industries)
  9.  
  10. REMARKS:  PI-COMP is an enhanced version of the DOS command COMP. Failure
  11.           to enter an operand causes a help screen to appear. Global file
  12.           name characters may be used for either filespec, and the program
  13.           will compare files matching both operands. PI-COMP stops comparing
  14.           files on the first mismatch; checks for differences in file size
  15.           and data contents, as well as in file date, time, and attributes;
  16.           includes hidden and system files in its searches; compares files
  17.           based on file size, rather than stopping at the first EOF found.
  18.           The files are listed alphabetically with a notation of any
  19.           differences encountered.
